Koseli — कोसेली — means "gift" in Nepali. The word for something brought back from a journey. The taste of home, carried across mountain passes to someone who has been waiting.

Every dish we make is prepared the way it is made in Nepal. The Jhol broth takes time. Momo is folded by hand. Nothing here is approximate, nothing is "inspired by." This is the authentic nepali cuisine — now in Bopal, Ahmedabad.
